Disclaimer

NexBridge Advisory operates as a specialist business structuring consultancy.

Where mandates require regulated legal, tax, or financial input, we coordinate with qualified professionals in the relevant jurisdiction on your behalf. Our role is to design the structure, manage the process, and ensure every specialist engaged understands your objectives.

NexBridge Advisory is not a regulated financial services provider, law firm, tax advisor, or investment firm. Nothing on this website or communicated in the course of an engagement constitutes legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Independent professional advice should always be obtained before making any structuring, tax, or financial decision.

No regulated advice

NexBridge Advisory provides business structuring consultancy and company formation facilitation services. These services are provided on a non-regulated basis. We are not licensed or authorised by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius, or any other financial services regulator.

Any information, commentary, or recommendation provided by NexBridge Advisory — whether on this website, in written correspondence, or in consultation — is general business information only. It does not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, or regulated investment guidance.

Banking and institutional outcomes

NexBridge Advisory may facilitate introductions to banking institutions or other service providers as part of an engagement. The opening of any bank account, the granting of credit, or any other institutional decision remains entirely at the discretion of the relevant third party. NexBridge Advisory makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any banking relationship, account opening, or institutional outcome will be achieved. All such outcomes are subject to the independent assessment, policies, and regulatory requirements of the institution concerned.

Jurisdiction and compliance

The appropriateness of any international structure depends on the specific circumstances of each client, including their residency, tax position, business activities, and the laws of the relevant jurisdictions. NexBridge Advisory does not provide tax advice and does not accept responsibility for tax consequences arising from any structure. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of their home jurisdiction, any operating jurisdiction, and any jurisdiction in which a structure is established.

Accuracy of information

Information on this website is provided for general reference only and may not reflect the most current legal, regulatory, or commercial developments. NexBridge Advisory makes no representation as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information presented. Regulatory environments change. Jurisdiction-specific requirements should always be verified with qualified local counsel.

No client relationship

Access to this website, or any enquiry submitted through it, does not create a client relationship with NexBridge Advisory. A client relationship is only formed upon the execution of a written engagement agreement.

Third-party links and service providers

This website may reference or introduce third-party service providers, including law firms, fiduciary companies, banking institutions, and corporate services providers. NexBridge Advisory does not endorse, warrant, or accept responsibility for the advice, services, or conduct of any third party. All engagements with third-party providers are subject to the terms agreed directly between the client and that provider.

Data & privacy

Privacy Policy

Effective: January 2026

NexBridge Advisory ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who enquire about or engage our services. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights available to you.

What data we collect

We may collect the following categories of personal data in the course of enquiries and engagements:

  • Name, contact details (email address, phone number, WhatsApp), and country of residence
  • Business information provided in the course of a mandate enquiry or engagement — including business model description, jurisdictional presence, and financial context shared voluntarily
  • Communications exchanged via WhatsApp, email, or any other channel used to contact us
  • Basic technical data if you contact us through web-based forms (IP address, browser type) — collected by third-party platforms only

We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as health information or government ID numbers) except where required for KYC/AML compliance in the context of a confirmed engagement, and only with your explicit consent.

How we use your data

  • To assess whether an engagement is appropriate and to respond to mandate enquiries
  • To conduct KYC and AML checks as required in connection with any confirmed engagement
  • To provide the services agreed under an engagement letter
  • To communicate with you in connection with your enquiry or engagement
  • To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations

We do not use your data for marketing purposes, nor do we send unsolicited communications. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

Sharing your data

We may share personal data with third parties only where:

  • You have instructed us to introduce you to a service provider (such as a law firm, banking institution, or corporate services provider) as part of an engagement — and only to the extent necessary for that introduction
  • We are required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory obligation
  • It is necessary to protect the rights or safety of NexBridge Advisory or others

Any third party who receives personal data from us is required to handle it in accordance with applicable data protection law and to use it only for the purpose for which it was shared.

Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Enquiry data that does not result in an engagement is typically deleted within 12 months. Engagement records are retained for a minimum of 5 years from the conclusion of the engagement, as required for compliance purposes.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us via the details below. We will respond to valid requests within 30 days.

Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. Communications via WhatsApp and email carry inherent security limitations — if you have concerns about transmitting sensitive information electronically, please raise this with us before sharing.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with the effective date shown above.
